Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery inside Lagos, free of charge. Outside Lagos the same 7-day window applies but return shipping is at your cost.
Pieces must come back unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, balaclavas and hats are final sale once the tags are removed.
Pieces marked as final sale or archive stock on the product page cannot be returned.
Sizes are limited and rarely restocked, so we cannot guarantee an exchange. The fastest route is to return the piece for a refund and reorder the size you want while it is still live.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Delivery charges are not refunded unless the piece arrived faulty or incorrect.
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will cover the return and replace or refund it in full.
